Melrose Apartments Stage 2 (buildings 4 & 5) is part of Oceania Healthcare’s Melrose Retirement Village (now named Bayview). The building has a central common area and two accommodation wings over five floor levels, with two lifts and a communal area on the ground level.
Our Solutions
Willoughby Fire engineered a solution as part of our 3D fire sprinkler design where we managed to rectify the water shortfalls for the site network with the sizing of the pump included for this stage. We also designed 1 x Hydrant system as part of this project.
